Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through Shiprocket's courier network. Checkout confirms serviceability for the address provided.

Dispatch

In-stock orders are ordinarily packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. COD orders are processed after order confirmation. Sundays and public holidays do not count as dispatch days.

Shipping charges

The applicable shipping charge or free-shipping benefit is calculated from your order value, parcel weight and delivery pincode, and is displayed before you place the order. COD may carry the separately disclosed handling fee shown during checkout.

Tracking and delivery

When the courier assigns an AWB, tracking appears on your order page. Delivery dates are courier estimates and can be affected by weather, road access, regional restrictions and other circumstances outside our control.

Address problems and failed delivery

Please provide a complete address and reachable Indian phone number. Additional charges arising from an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery, or an unaccepted COD parcel may be deducted where permitted.
